Training of Trainers Application Process
After checking the eligibility criteria, refer to the information below for the application documentation and process to join the MDDA Training of Trainers programme.
Application Documentation
Applicants will be required to submit the following:
- Application Form
- Outline of your experience in providing care and support to elders or adults and those living with dementia or other disability
- A short essay describing your reasons for applying and how you meet the eligibility criteria
- Two letters of recommendation describing how the applicant meets the above eligibility criteria
- Copy of your current resumé
- Application Fee of €225
Application Process
- Applicants will then be required have two interviews with AMI MDDA Trainers
- The application and Training of Trainers Programme is conducted in English. Any arrangements for translation must be made at the applicant’s expense.
- The applicant will be advised in writing if they are successful in their application and will be appointed a mentor
- The Training Group communicates the outcome to the candidate and advises if further steps are necessary
